About Kolin

Kolin has a general corporate and commercial practice along with a tax practice. With a background in accounting, he supports clients on bankruptcy and insolvency issues, corporate finance transactions, and corporate reorganizations, advising entrepreneurs, business owners, and private corporations on business structures, purchase and sale transactions, income tax, and corporate governance. He is a member of the Law Society of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Canadian Bar Association, and serves as Secretary to the Board of Bicycle Newfoundland and Labrador. He earned his J.D. from the University of New Brunswick in 2019 and a B.Comm. (Co-operative) from Memorial University of Newfoundland in 2016, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2020.
