About Peter
Peter is Counsel in Cox & Palmer's Halifax office. Prior to becoming Counsel, he was a Partner and former chair of the firm's Corporate and Commercial Law Practice Group. He advises corporate clients, institutions and entrepreneurs across the commercial spectrum, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. Zed earned a BA (2003), a Master of Public Administration (2005) and an LLB (2010) from Dalhousie University, and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 2011. He completed the Osgoode Certificate in Cannabis Law and Regulation in 2021 and serves as Treasurer of the Canadian Lebanese Chamber of Commerce.
