About Brianna

Brianna practises from the Halifax office with a range that spans corporate and business law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance and securities, tax, and estates and trusts. She guides clients through complex transactions, tax implications and estate plans, aiming to give them the strategic counsel they need to reach their goals. Brianna holds a J.D. from Dalhousie University and a B.Sc. in Chemistry and a Diploma in Chemical Engineering from Cape Breton University. She was called to the Nova Scotia bar in 2024 and is a member of McInnes Cooper's Promotion of Women Committee.
