About Benjamin

Benjamin Kranc is senior principal of Kranc Associates, where he assists clients with Canadian immigration and business issues. He is certified by the Law Society of Ontario as a Specialist in Immigration Law and is one of a select few chosen by Who's Who Legal as a foremost practitioner in his field. Ben speaks frequently at conferences and information sessions on Canadian immigration law and lectures for the immigration law practitioners program at the University of British Columbia. He wrote the text North American Relocation Law and contributed the immigration chapter to The Human Resources Advisor. Before his current role he served as a global director for Emigra Group and as president of Emigra Canada, giving him insight into both corporate and personal immigration matters for clients ranging from boutique firms to Fortune 500 companies.
