About Ben
Ben Slager is a business lawyer with over 25 years of experience representing clients on M&A, private equity, angel and venture capital transactions, and complex business law matters including industrial leases and shareholder disputes. He is an active angel investor and advisor to technology companies focused on medical devices, advanced materials, and workplace safety, and has been Co-Chair of Tiger 21 in Vancouver for over 13 years. Ben's clients include business owners, entrepreneurs, investors, private and public companies, and investment banks across industries such as IT, life sciences, food production, power generation, and transportation. He earned his BA (Honours) from the University of Western Ontario and his JD/LLB from the University of British Columbia, and was called to the British Columbia bar in 1998.
