David Hettle is an associate at Mogan Daniels Slager LLP practicing mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and business law. He represents clients on both sides of transactions across manufacturing, construction, food and beverage, technology, and transportation, with recent work including advising a founder on the sale of a software company, representing a private equity firm in acquiring a non-emergency patient transfer service, and closing asset and share sales in construction and food manufacturing.
