About Firuz
Firuz Rahimi is an associate at Mogan Daniels Slager LLP specializing in private mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. Before joining MDS, he worked at a national law firm with offices in Calgary and New York and spent six months at a Toronto-based pension fund manager. His experience spans private equity, pension funds, emerging technology, mining, healthcare, agriculture, and oil and gas, including advising sellers on business acquisitions, management teams on private equity investments, and major private equity firms on cross-border acquisitions of manufacturers, food producers, and distribution companies. He earned his B.A. and J.D., both with great distinction, from the University of Saskatchewan, and was called to the bar in Alberta in 2019, Ontario in 2021, and British Columbia in 2024.
