About Arseniy

Arseniy's practice focuses on governance and business law, advising clients on First Nations governance, financial and strategic planning, and capital and operational management. He previously served as a Financial Controller for a Lower Mainland municipality, a Senior Finance and Strategy Manager for a national telecommunications company, and a Director of Finance and Strategy for an international consulting firm. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA Canada), a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW, UK), and is Certified in Financial Forensics (AICPA, US). He is a career mentor with MOSAIC and a past board member of the Richmond Public Library. He earned his LLB from the Russian University of Economics in 2006, completed the Law Society of BC's Professional Legal Training Course in 2022, and was called to the British Columbia Bar and the Yukon Bar in 2023.
