About Francine

Francine Rattray is Litigation Counsel at DWF Canada in Vancouver, part of the Indigenous Practice group, called to the British Columbia Bar in 2006. She holds an LL.B. from the University of British Columbia. She has nearly 20 years of experience working with Indigenous communities to support First Nation self-governance and reconciliation, assisting First Nations with governance systems, Indigenous law development and fiscal management tools under the First Nations Fiscal Management Act, and advising on duty-to-consult matters and environmental assessments tied to natural resource development.
