About Erin

Erin advises First Nations clients on environmental and regulatory matters, joint processes, and economic development strategies, with a focus on UNDRIP implementation and self-determination. She also practices in MT+Co.'s Dispute Resolution and Litigation Groups, representing clients in regulatory hearings for major projects. Mi'kmaw and a member of the Wasoqopa'q (Acadia) First Nation, she was called to the BC bar in 2019 and the Northwest Territories bar in 2025. She has been recognized in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and as a Benchmark Litigation Canada Future Star.
