About Charles

Chuck has concentrated his practice in Real Estate, Corporate, Commercial, and Wills and Estates law, with particular emphasis on real estate. He has extensive experience in residential, recreational and commercial real estate transactions, leasing, subdivisions, development and construction, with particular expertise in fractional and full-interest condominium and cooperative resort properties. His corporate and commercial practice includes advising businesses on structuring, reorganization, shareholder and partnership issues, governance, and financing. He has served as a judge for the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce Business Excellence Awards and as treasurer of the North Shore Bar Association. He earned his law degree from Dalhousie University in 1982 and was called to the Nova Scotia Bar in 1984 and the British Columbia Bar in 1992.
