About Lynne
Lynne Daubaras practices estates and family law, having worked in that area since starting a career at a Bay Street firm nearly 20 years ago. Lynne advises local families on estate administration, business succession planning, and estate planning, drawing on a litigation background to resolve estate and family law conflicts. Lynne helps clients prepare domestic agreements to head off disputes before they arise, and where conflicts do develop, favours a collaborative approach rather than going to court, practicing Collaborative Law, an alternative dispute resolution option used in both family and estates matters.
