About Jessi

Jessi Ruberto is a lawyer at Potestio Law focusing on corporate and commercial law, real estate transactions, and wills and estate planning. Before entering law he spent nearly six years as a Property Agent with the City of Thunder Bay, then served as Senior Development Officer with the Thunder Bay Community Economic Development Commission, leading economic development projects and securing funding for businesses across Northwestern Ontario. He completed his legal studies at Lakehead University and articled and practiced with local firms in the region before joining Potestio Law in 2026. His background in municipal property and economic development gives him a practical, business-minded approach to advising businesses, lenders, and investors on transactions and property matters.
