About Andrea

Andrea Gonsalves serves as Of Counsel to PCK, where she advises on complex intellectual property disputes, while also maintaining her own practice as a partner at the Toronto litigation boutique Stockwoods LLP. With more than twenty years of experience, she handles trademark, patent, and copyright matters, along with disputes touching on contract, corporate, privacy, and administrative law. She regularly appears before the Federal Court and Ontario's trial and appellate courts, as well as various administrative tribunals. Andrea also teaches as Adjunct Faculty at Osgoode Hall Law School and instructs in its Professional LLM program. She was called to the Ontario bar in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Western Ontario. Her recognitions include Benchmark Litigation's Future Star and Litigation Star distinctions and a Precedent Setter Award for early-career achievement.
