Business & Corporate LawGregor serves as Of Counsel and a lawyer at PCK, drawing on more than 35 years of in-house legal experience at a major Canadian corporation. His interest in intellectual property took root while working on a significant patent litigation file and has grown ever since. His practice now includes advising on license agreements, with particular attention to drafting and negotiation, alongside broader corporate and commercial work covering mergers and acquisitions, franchise law, competition law, advertising, insurance, and contracts, plus support on commercial disputes and litigation. He was called to the Ontario Bar in 1982 and holds a Master of Laws in Intellectual Property from Osgoode Hall Law School, an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, a Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto.
