About Rebecca

Rebecca Kupfer is a lawyer and registered trademark agent who holds licences to practise in Canada and the United States. Her work centers on Canadian and U.S. trademark prosecution along with Canadian trademark and copyright disputes, helping clients protect their brands across both countries. Rebecca completed a joint Canadian-American law degree program offered by the University of Windsor and the University of Detroit Mercy, after earning an Honours B.A. in Philosophy from Queen's University. During law school she completed a judicial internship in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and volunteered with Windsor Community Legal Aid. She is admitted to the Bars of Ontario and Minnesota.
