About Anand
Anand Srivastava is a partner and a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Environmental Law. His work spans contaminated sites and environmental risk issues, civil litigation over environmental claims, defending clients against regulatory prosecutions, and environmental insurance coverage matters. Anand draws on an academic background in environmental toxicology to understand the science behind his files and identify the key issues efficiently. He earned his J.D. from the University of Western Ontario in 2015 and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Environmental Toxicology from Queen's University in 2012. He was called to the bar in Ontario in 2016, Alberta in 2021, and the Northwest Territories in 2024, and received his Certified Specialist designation in 2024.
