About Izaak

Izaak Atnikov joined Rodin Law Firm as a Student-at-Law in 2016 and completed his articles under the mentorship of Greg Rodin, K.C., before being called to the Alberta bar in July 2017. He has dedicated his practice exclusively to civil litigation, with a particular focus on personal injury and medical and dental malpractice, representing clients in complex litigation matters before the Alberta Court of King's Bench. Izaak has resolved cases involving motor vehicle accidents, medical and dental malpractice, premises liability, and disability insurance claims through both trial and alternative dispute resolution. Born and raised in Saskatchewan, he completed his Bachelor of Business Administration at the University of Regina before attending the College of Law at the University of Saskatchewan, graduating with distinction in 2016. He serves on the Executive Committee for the Alberta Civil Trial Lawyers Association and has chaired the Canadian Bar Association's Health Law subsection.
