About Brad

Brad Findlater maintains a diverse litigation practice, acting for both individuals and corporations in civil and commercial disputes, and regularly appears in all levels of court in Alberta as well as in quasi-judicial and administrative proceedings. Brad's approach balances the efficiency and economics of each dispute against the process that best suits a client's needs. As an active participant in the Alberta Limited Legal Services Project, Brad assists clients on a limited retainer basis, including drafting court documents, making court appearances, and claims coaching where appropriate. Brad earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2012 and a BA in Psychology from the University of Calgary in 2007, and was called to the Manitoba bar in June 2013 and the Alberta bar that September.
