About Jordan

Jordan is a civil litigator who represents domestic and international insurers and their insureds. Much of his career has focused on municipal defence, including claims arising from the state of repair of roads and sidewalks and the acts of officials, by-law officers, inspectors, police, and paramedics. He also litigates coverage disputes and claims involving motor vehicle accidents, fire losses, professional negligence, and construction.
