About Kyle

Kyle Shewchuk's practice covers a wide variety of litigation matters, including civil litigation, builders' liens, employment, judgment enforcement, residential tenancy disputes, personal injury, and contractual disputes. He has appeared before both the Court of King's Bench of Alberta and the Alberta Court of Justice, and takes a client-focused approach, often resolving claims through mediation and arbitration before trial. Kyle holds a Juris Doctor and a Bachelor of Commerce, both from the University of Saskatchewan, and was called to the Alberta Bar in 2021.
