Lane Foster
Lane is the founder and principal lawyer of Foster Injury Law. He practises exclusively in personal injury litigation, focusing on serious motor vehicle accident claims, catastrophic injuries, long-term disability disputes, and accident benefits, and he regularly advances matters through discoveries, motions, mediations, arbitrations, and trial. He's a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association, the Simcoe County Law Association, and the Advocates Society, and he publishes legal commentary on Ontario accident benefits law.
