About Angela

Angela has appeared before the Small Claims Court, the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, and the Court of Appeal. She returned to McCague Borlack as an associate after summering and articling there, building a practice in employment, commercial, and personal injury law. In law school she developed her advocacy through mooting in constitutional, employment, and criminal law, winning an ADR competition at the University of Windsor and later earning top oral advocate honours in a provincial tort law moot. She also worked with Community Legal Aid Windsor on small claims and landlord-tenant matters. Before law school she played basketball at Lafayette College and the University of Ottawa, studying philosophy and politics, and later played professional basketball in Denmark. She earned her B.A. from the University of Ottawa in 2020 and her J.D. from the University of Windsor in 2024.
