About Annette

Annette articled and worked at an insurance defence boutique before joining McCague Borlack in 2015, and she practises out of both the Toronto and Ottawa offices. Her work covers insurance defence, municipal liability, product liability, property insurance, subrogation, professional liability, marine, and transportation law. She's appeared before the Divisional Court, the Superior Court of Justice, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board.
