About Joseph
Joseph Cescon is a partner who has dedicated his practice exclusively to injured clients and their families. Beyond motor vehicle negligence, he acts for plaintiffs injured through the negligence of commercial and social hosts, sports facilities, medical professionals, corporations, and municipalities, and he regularly represents clients at the Licence Appeal Tribunal on accident benefits disputes. He is a Board Member of the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and a co-author of the Oatley-McLeish Guide to Personal Injury Practice in Motor Vehicle Cases.
