About Adam

Adam Grant is a partner called to the bar in 2008 who has spent his entire career on plaintiff-side litigation. His work spans construction lien disputes, corporate oppression claims, and breach of trust matters within business and insurance litigation, handled through motions, trials, appeals, and mediations for a wide client base. At the firm his practice centres on subrogation, pursuing recovery for losses tied to product or equipment defects, negligent construction, theft, floods, and fires. Before joining the firm in 2012, Adam worked at a boutique litigation firm in Toronto, appearing before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and various administrative tribunals. He holds a Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School, earned in 2006.
