PooranLaw Professional Corporation is a Toronto law firm built around disability law, with a main office in the Rothmans Building at 1500 Don Mills Road and a second office in Windsor. Founder Brendon Pooran, an Osgoode Hall Law School graduate with a business degree from Queen's University, practiced labour and employment law at a multinational firm and at a smaller firm focused on accessibility issues, and worked as a management consultant to human services organizations in the United States, before starting PooranLaw to concentrate on disability law and policy. The firm describes itself as a social justice practice and splits its work between people with disabilities and their families and not-for-profit, charitable and social purpose organizations.

For families, the firm handles wills, Henson trusts, RDSP and ODSP planning, consent and capacity matters, human rights applications and education law, work it groups under a Whole Life Planning Centre meant to follow a family from a child's early years through the senior years. For organizations, PooranLaw advises on corporate governance, labour and employment, health care law, service contracts and social enterprise structures. Partner Cheryl Wiles Pooran, also an Osgoode graduate, leads the labour and employment team and lectures on human rights and health law at York University.
