Civil Litigation & Dispute ResolutionFaisal Bhabha is counsel to PooranLaw and a full-time professor at Osgoode Hall Law School, where he teaches constitutional law, international law, and legal ethics. He has researched and published on constitutional law, disability rights, multiculturalism, legal ethics, national security, and access to justice, and has frequently appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada as an intervener. From 2008 to 2011 he served as Vice-Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, adjudicating and mediating hundreds of cases, and he has served as an expert witness before Canadian parliamentary committees. At PooranLaw he maintains a small litigation practice focused on human rights and civil liberties cases in work, education, housing, and public administration. He holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School, an LL.B. from Queen's University, and a B.A. (Hons.) from the University of Toronto (Trinity College).
