Administrative & Regulatory LawNicole Chrolavicius is counsel to PooranLaw and an experienced litigation lawyer specializing in human rights, disability, employment, and administrative law. She has acted for clients before the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, the Health Services Appeal and Review Board, the Canadian Human Rights Commission, and the Ontario Superior Court and Divisional Court, and also advises clients on alternative dispute resolution. Prior to joining PooranLaw, she worked as a human rights lawyer at a small Toronto firm and as a general litigation lawyer at a large Canadian firm, and clerked for Justice Major of the Supreme Court of Canada after law school. She is a lecturer in Osgoode's LL.M. program on Constitutional Law and Legal Ethics. She graduated with distinction from the University of Western Ontario's LL.B. program and holds a B.C.L. from Oxford University.
