About Zehra
Zehra Irfan was called to the Ontario bar this past June and is scheduled to return to the firm as a lawyer in February 2027, having first joined as a summer student in 2024 and completed her articling there over 2025 and 2026. Her JD is from the University of Ottawa, where she pursued a specialization option in technology law and worked with the university's Entrepreneurship Hub to help launch its first start-up legal clinic. Before law school, she earned an international BBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University, specializing in operations management and information systems, along with a certificate in international management. Her practice areas include corporate and commercial work, corporate finance and securities, and mergers and acquisitions.
