About Nathalie
Nathalie Beauregard is a partner in Osler's Montreal office and belongs to the firm's Emerging and High Growth Companies Group. Over more than 30 years of practice, she has built recognized expertise in technology, life sciences and green technology. Her work focuses on domestic and cross-border venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, fund formation, government contracts, joint ventures, and licensing and collaboration agreements. Beauregard also acts as de facto counsel to privately held technology companies, advising on matters such as raising capital, negotiating commercial agreements, employment law, and intellectual property, and she counsels prominent international companies on various aspects of their operations. She sits on the boards of the Accélérateur de création d'entreprises technologiques, Réseau capital, and the Mouvement des accélérateurs d'innovation du Québec. Best Lawyers in Canada named her "Lawyer of the Year" for Information Technology Law in 2022.
