About Jeremy

Jeremy Ellergodt is a partner in DWF's Calgary office whose litigation practice focuses on construction disputes, commercial litigation and surety law. He also maintains a substantial employment law practice, advising government entities, non-profits, First Nations and insurance companies, and has conducted workplace investigations into harassment and other employment issues. Jeremy is called to the bar in Saskatchewan, Alberta, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories, and has appeared before the Saskatchewan and Alberta Courts of Appeal as well as the Federal Court. He was lead counsel for a defendant in a seven-week King's Bench trial and regularly advises national insurance and surety companies. Jeremy earned his J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan and was called to the Saskatchewan bar in 2012.
