About Jerry
Jerry Kreindler is the Principal of Kreindler Law and a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (Ontario Bar) with more than 30 years of experience assisting domestic, multinational, and international organizations with the cross-border transfer of employees and their families. He also advises private individuals seeking Canadian citizenship, permanent residence, work and study visas, or family sponsorship. His practice focuses on NAFTA and CETA professionals, intra-company transfers, work permits, Labour Market Impact Assessments, investors, entrepreneurs, provincial nominees, and rehabilitation applications. He's a past Chair of the Canadian Bar Association Ontario's Citizenship and Immigration Section and is conversant in French and Spanish.
