About Michael
Michael Henry is the managing partner of Houser Henry & Syron LLP, working with business owners and executives on succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, and shareholder disputes. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1996 after earning his law degree at Queen's University, then joined his father Robert Henry to build the firm's entrepreneurial practice.
