About Martin

Martin Rosenbaum practices corporate, commercial, and cross-border law, representing clients in mergers and acquisitions, shareholder disputes, and employment matters as well as U.S.-Canada cross-border issues. He is a former chairman of the Ontario Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce in Canada and has taught at the Law Society of Upper Canada's Bar Admission Course.
