About Teena
Teena Belland joined Tierney Stauffer LLP's civil litigation practice group as an associate in 2006, after previously practicing family law, municipal law, personal injury, accident benefits, and insurance litigation at two other Ottawa-area firms. Her current practice covers personal injury litigation, including disability claims, along with commercial, construction, and contract litigation. She has appeared before the CPP Review Tribunal, the Social Benefits Tribunal, and the Superior Court of Justice. Teena works out of the Ottawa office and travels to the firm's Cornwall and Kingston locations for client matters. She is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry Law Association, and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
