About Thomas

Thomas J. Marlay is counsel at Arcade, focusing on private equity, venture capital, commercial leasing, technology licensing, and corporate transactions, and advises clients on procurement, employment contracts, and M&A deals. He has worked with national law firms, the federal Department of Justice, and Ottawa's high-tech sector, and served as Vice President and General Counsel for one of Ottawa's top software companies, where he led the largest venture capital financing in the city's history. He later founded his own firm working with startups and technology businesses.
