About Stephen
Stephen A. Pike is a Toronto-based partner at Gowling WLG and co-leader of the firm's Canadian ESG Advisory Services practice. He regularly advises Canadian, American, and global businesses on corporate, governance, ESG, transactional, operational, and risk management issues, including supply chain and regulatory compliance. In December 2025, he appeared as an expert witness before the House of Commons Standing Committee on International Trade on Canadian supply chains and forced labour. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1985 and holds an LLB from Osgoode Hall Law School.
