About Sumneet
Sumneet Kaur is a partner at Porter Ramsay with a practice spanning litigation and solicitor work in wills and estate planning, real estate, and corporate and commercial law. Earlier in her career she worked on civil litigation matters before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and the Provincial Court, which informs her practical, forward-looking approach. Her corporate and commercial practice supports businesses at every stage of development, and her estate planning work includes primary and secondary wills, enduring powers of attorney, representation agreements and trust planning.
