About Kelly

Kelly is a partner at Thomas Butler LLP whose practice is limited to subdivision and property development, real estate law, business and corporate law, and wills and estates. Before relocating to Kelowna in 2004, he worked for multinational resource and utility companies across Canada on complex business agreements, joint ventures, business development, resource development, renewable energy, technology development, and international marketing and sales. He holds a law degree and a Bachelor of Economics from the University of British Columbia, along with an MBA from the University of Calgary, and has more than 30 years of combined legal and business experience.
