About Elise

Elise Everest is a business and estate planning lawyer at Entrust Law Corporation, with a practice she describes as a mix of business law, wills and estates, and real estate. She helps entrepreneurs and businesses with contracts, transactions, financing, incorporations, shareholder agreements, and succession planning, and assists individual clients with wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements and trusts, including planning for blended families and guardianship of minor children. She also advises homeowners and buyers on real estate purchases, sales and refinancing, including First Nations leased land conveyancing. Early in her career she practiced litigation and appeared at all levels of court in British Columbia on estate, commercial, real estate and tenancy matters, and later worked on secondment as in-house counsel for a public education institution before shifting her practice to its current focus. Elise was called to the bar in British Columbia in 2015.
