About Sebastian
Sebastian Lipnicki draws on his background as a former business owner and law firm founder to assist clients at DuMoulin Boskovich with estate and incapacity planning, including wills, powers of attorney, representation agreements, and trusts, as well as blended family and guardianship planning. He also advises real estate homeowners and buyers on sales, purchases, and refinancings, and supports business owners with contracts, corporate records, and incorporation. Sebastian serves as duty counsel for Amici Curiae Friends of Court and has served on strata councils. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from UBC and an LL.B. from the University of Queensland, and was called to the Bar in 2018.
