Mark serves clients with wills, estates and trusts, real estate, and business law needs, focusing his estate planning work on reducing the risk of future litigation, including for clients with high-risk circumstances such as planning for disabled beneficiaries. His real estate practice centers on residential conveyancing for hundreds of Okanagan clients each year, and his business practice covers incorporations and the purchase or sale of businesses. Born and raised in Revelstoke, he earned a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University in 2009 and a Juris Doctor from Thompson Rivers University in Kamloops in 2015, moving to Kelowna in 2016 to practise at another local firm before joining Pushor Mitchell. He holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation and currently serves as the Canadian Bar Association BC's Provincial Council Representative and chair of its Commercial & Real Estate Okanagan branch, as well as vice-chair of the Central Okanagan Foundation's Board of Directors.
