About Sue

Sue Duguay is an associate at Pink Larkin's Fredericton office who offers legal services in English and French. She is developing a practice in labour and employment, professional regulation, administrative law, language rights, and municipal law, with experience before arbitrators, adjudicators, regulatory bodies, and the New Brunswick Court of King's Bench. Before law school she earned a bachelor's degree in political science, economics, and management from the Universite de Moncton, interning at the New Brunswick Legislative Assembly and working as a research assistant for the Donald J. Savoie Institute. She was recognized as a top oralist at the 2024 Laskin national bilingual moot court competition and received several academic and community awards, including Canada's Volunteer Award for Emerging Leader in the Atlantic Region. She previously spent a decade leading provincial and federal non-profits. She was called to the New Brunswick bar in 2025.
