Administrative & Regulatory LawKen Byrne is counsel in Cox & Palmer's St. John's office, with a practice focused on immigration, litigation, and real property law. He has helped Newfoundland and Labrador employers obtain work permits through federal and provincial programs including CUSMA, the Provincial Nominee Program, and the Atlantic Immigration Program, and has guided families through sponsorship applications for clients from countries including the United States, United Kingdom, and Ukraine. Ken also has extensive experience in civil and real property litigation, representing clients in matters from tax assessment appeals to power of sale proceedings, and advises subdivision developers on bringing properties to market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Master of Arts from Memorial University and is a graduate of the University of New Brunswick's law school, and was called to the Newfoundland and Labrador bar in 2008.
