About Ryan

Ryan Moss is a Partner called to the New Brunswick bar in 2016 and the Prince Edward Island bar in 2018, practicing family law. He negotiates settlements in parenting, child support, and spousal support matters, and handles the division of property, businesses, and pensions for high net worth individuals. Moss also assists grandparents, represents children affected by separating parents, and advises child protection organizations, and has represented clients at all levels of court including the PEI Supreme Court, PEI Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Canada. He holds a JD from the University of New Brunswick's Faculty of Law and leads the CBA-PEI Child and Youth Law Section.
