About Stuart

Stuart Ducoffe is a partner in the Employment & Labour group who counsels corporate employers on the full range of workplace law issues and represents them before tribunals and courts. That work covers the employment side of commercial deals, negotiating executive contracts, and advising on wrongful dismissal, human rights, health and safety, employment standards and workers compensation. Stuart also works with unionized employers on collective bargaining and arbitration hearings. As a Certified Human Resources Leader, Stuart factors HR implications into the legal advice given, an approach that led to the development of the e2r service, which Stuart leads to give employers ongoing access to HR and employment guidance. Stuart was called to the bar in 1986 and holds a BA, LLB and BCL from McGill University.
