About Jonathan
Jonathan Borrelli is a partner at KMB Law and heads the firm's Employment and Labour Law practice group, while also working within the Commercial Litigation group. He advises both employers and employees on matters such as wrongful dismissal, workplace accommodation, occupational health and safety, restrictive covenants, and workplace human rights, and he regularly appears before the Superior Court of Justice, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, and other tribunals. He also advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and conducts impartial workplace investigations involving harassment, violence, and misconduct. Jonathan was called to the Ontario bar in 2012 after earning his LL.B. from the University of Windsor and a B.A. from McMaster University. He has served the dental industry since 2016 and holds a Certificate in Dental Practice Management from the University of Toronto.
