About Jonquille

Jonquille Pak is the founder and director of JPAK Employment Lawyers, practicing exclusively in labour and employment law since being called to the Ontario Bar in 2007. Pak has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court, the Federal Court, the Federal Court of Appeal, various labour arbitration boards, the Ontario Labour Relations Board and the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal. Before founding the firm, Pak worked at two of Canada's top labour and employment law firms, representing unionized and non-unionized clients in sectors including manufacturing, education, mining and health care. Pak holds a JD/LLB from the University of Ottawa, a Master of Arts in Economics from the University of British Columbia, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Queen's University. Pak is a member of the Ontario Bar Association, the Canadian Bar Association and the Law Society of Ontario, and has spoken and published on employment law topics for organizations including the Law Society of Ontario, the Ontario Bar Association and the Human Resources Professional Association. Pak also volunteers with a non-profit serving new immigrants and survivors of domestic violence and provides pro bono legal services to community organizations.
