About Chris

Chris is a senior employment and labour advisor with e2r, where he counsels employers on wrongful dismissal, human rights complaints, medical management, contract wording, and workplace policies. He also assists with mediation and negotiation. Chris favours practical, common-sense solutions that protect an employer's interests while keeping risk in check, and he tailors his advice to the size and needs of each organization he works with. Originally from Thunder Bay, he studied at Lakehead University before moving to Toronto for law school at Osgoode Hall, where he earned his JD in 2016. He was called to the bar in 2017 and now practices employment and labour law, along with human rights matters, as part of the e2r team.
